Reference, Not Legal Advice
Pages describe public sources, court roles, access rules, contacts, and common process terms. They do not advise a visitor whether to surrender, plead, pay, travel, contest a case, or hire counsel. A court clerk can explain filing and record-access steps but cannot give legal advice. Speak with a licensed lawyer about a personal matter.
Permitted use is limited to personal civic research, official-source routing, and verification with the issuing court or agency.
Accuracy and Change
Government pages, court hours, phone numbers, fees, payment portals, forms, and case-access rules can change. The research was reviewed September 20, 2026, but that date is not a guarantee that every contact remains current. Confirm time-sensitive information with the Fifth Judicial District, the relevant city court, the Lea County Sheriff, LCDC, or the federal clerk.
A public Case Lookup result is not the official record. A missing result is not proof that no warrant exists, and a payment receipt is not automatically proof of recall.
Prohibited Use
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, republish, or assemble person-level warrant data.
- Do not use the site to make employment, housing, tenant, credit, insurance, or other FCRA decisions.
- Do not impersonate a court, Sheriff, police officer, clerk, or government agency.
- Do not use a page or widget to solicit payment for a warrant.
Acceptance
Using the pages means the visitor accepts these limits. If a visitor does not accept them, stop using the site and contact the official custodian directly. These terms may be updated when the site or its service providers change.
